Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your fragrance products to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is our shipping policy for orders placed through our website.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM MST may be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping within Canada and select international locations.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard (Canada Post or Courier): 3–7 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over $X CAD (optional)

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by location (7–21 business days on average)

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Note: Cologne may be considered a flammable item and subject to special shipping regulations in certain regions.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

 

Delays or Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather or natural disasters

  • Customs clearance issues

Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we may not be able to ship fragrances to certain regions or countries. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
