Thank you for shopping with Elyxir. We’re committed to providing quality fragrance products and exceptional customer care. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process a return or refund.

 

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Unused Products: If the cologne is still sealed in its original packaging and shows no signs of use, a full refund will be issued upon return.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll arrange a return and cover all shipping costs.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Sample sizes or tester bottles

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

 

Partial Refunds

In certain cases (e.g., packaging damaged but product intact), we may issue a partial refund or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item).

  • Please ensure returned items are securely packaged and include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number).

 

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund:

  2. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and a return address.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
